I have another question, this one pertaining to the theory that religion like everything thing else has evolved from a simpler form. For example, polytheism evolved into monotheism, and it did so just to help us survive and feel happy. I guess I can see our sense of spirituality evolving so we can have a relationship with God, but it doesn't seem like Darwinian evolution isn't sufficient enough to explain away religion. I would very much like to hear what your views are on this theory.

The fact that our understanding of God has "evolved" doesn't make it false. Our vision has evolved, our ability to think has evolved, science and mathematics have evolved.
